PROJECT NOTES:
The objective of this project was to design and produce an artifact/award that would kindle memory of place, spark conversation, inspire affinity for the University of Denver, and honor the alumni recipients. With the goal of creating something more substantial than “just another award,” the piece incorporated significant geographic elements from the Colorado mountain region, architectural references to campus, and was designed and fabricated entirely in-house and on campus. I was responsible for design, production, and finishing.
