PROJECT NOTES:
MCEF came to us needing more than a logo refresh, they needed a brand identity that could spark broad awareness and drive behavior change. The objective was to elevate the perception of careers in construction, grow program engagement, and create cultural momentum around skilled trades across Mississippi. The solution wasn’t a rework, but a complete rethinking of the organization.

We created Build Mississippi, an action-oriented brand platform to serve as the outward face of MCEF. In addition to naming and strategy, I developed a new logo and brand identity system, created a mission-driven messaging platform to connect with students, families, and industry partners, and led our team to create unified campaign materials across digital, social, and live event environments. We also built this guy: buildmississippi.com

Results: The brand has reshaped perception and driven measurable outcomes with a 600% increase in apprenticeship applications, 35% average engagement rate across social media platforms, and 60% website engagement rate.
